Shipping & Returns

Postage costs are clearly shown before you complete your order. Please see our note below for international shipping.

Standard shipping in the UK is calculated on order value as follows:

£0 to £15 shipping cost will be £2.95

£15.01 to £500 shipping cost will be £4.95

£501 to £1000 cost will be £12.99

£1001 to £10500 shipping cost will be £15.95.

 

There is an option for next day delivery however orders must be received before 10 am for next day option.

 

Delivery charges will be agreed individually for wholesale orders.

 

Christmas Shipping - We turn round an order as quickly as possible and at Christmas time will work longer hours to ensure parcels are posted as soon as possible. We are then in the hands of the delivery company and the UK weather. 

Last next day return guaranteed by courier is to order by 10pm on 19th December and this may be an issue if snow in area to be delivered.

 

 

Shipping - We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched. Nearly all UK orders arrive within a few days, however we are dependent upon the postal service and please allow up to 28 days for delivery of back-ordered stock. Please contact us for further information.

 

We normally use recorded delivery however if you choose to have your order left at a pick up point we can not be responsible in the event of non delivery.

Heavy parcels will be sent via a courier and may take  a day or 2 longer.  Orders received after noon on a Thursday will not be delivered until Monday the following week. This is due to the majority of couriers not providing a delivery service over a weekend

If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

Packaging - Please note that we re-use packaging as part of our effort to be 'greener'. All retailers are being urged by business federations to do this and hopefully this will not detract from the quality of the products that we send you. If you have an issue with this then please let us know.

 

Unclaimed packages - In the event that a parcel is returned to us by the courier because they were unable to deliver the parcel and it was not claimed from the sorting office within the 7 day deadline.  There are two options.  The order can be cancelled and a refund made less the postage cost or the parcel can be resent if an additional postage cost is paid. 

 

International Shipping  - If a postage cost for your country is not displayed at checkout please contact us for further information. International shipping costs are now calculated by both volume and weight and therefore difficult to correctly calculate. If, on posting the cost is less we will refund the difference, if it is more you will not be charged more.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We offer a 28 day no-quibble money back guarantee.
You can return your item(s) to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a complete refund. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original, as new condition with any tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase. You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

International customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card or PayPal fees.
