Ho Wood and Camphor come from the same tree. Camphor is distilled from the wood of the tree, while Ho Wood is distilled from the leaf and twigs.  It is nourishing and supportive to the immune system.  Ho Wood is a sedative and said to be great for insomnia. 

The aroma and properties are similar to Rosewood.  It blends well with other floral notes such as lavender, ylang ylang and bergamot, and other woods, such as cedarwood.   When having to endure the stress of a long journey put a few drops on a cotton ball, put it in a plastic bag, and open it up every few hours to smell its woodsy, lightly floral aroma.
